1. The Lightning Reprint: Our first goal is to get production-ready film into your hands. If the prints don't meet our strict quality standards, we will reprint them immediately and rush them to your door. You need a product you can press with total confidence.
2. Store Credit: Don't need a reprint right this second? We will load up your account with store credit so your next run is on the house.
3. The Full Refund: If a replacement or credit just won't cut it, we respect that. We will issue a complete refund to your original payment method. No hard feelings, just good business.

⏳ The 30-Day Window

We ask that you inspect your film as soon as it lands on your porch. You have 30 days from the delivery date to reach out to us regarding a return, reprint, or refund.

This gives you plenty of time to check your prints, press a sample, wash it, and make sure everything is rock-solid.

We've all been there. Maybe a low-res image sneaked into your gang sheet, or your heat press decided to drop temperature halfway through a run.
