Upgraded shipping applies to the carrier's delivery speed only. Choosing overnight or 2-day shipping does not guarantee same-day or immediate production unless a specific rush production option is stated and selected on your order. We always hustle to get your prints out the door, but the upgraded shipping clock starts the moment UPS or FedEx scans your box.
We pride ourselves on getting your packages out the door on time. But once we hand your box over to UPS or FedEx, they take the wheel. For that reason, we are not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.
Weather events, reroutes, and logistical hiccups happen. If your package gets delayed in transit, keep a close eye on your tracking number. If it looks hopelessly stuck or lost, reach out to us!
