By uploading files to OnlyTransfers.com, you explicitly represent and warrant that you own the copyright, trademark, and/or necessary licensing rights to reproduce, print, and sell the designs. OnlyTransfers acts strictly as a commercial printing service. We do not pre-screen, authenticate, or verify the legal ownership of user-uploaded files.
Important Legal Agreement: By submitting an order containing custom artwork, you agree to assume the full burden of copyright and trademark compliance. You agree to unconditionally indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnlyTransfers.com (including its owners, employees, and affiliates) from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of any claim that your uploaded artwork infringes upon a third party's copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights (e.g., Disney, sports franchises, bands, or independent artists).
We know that time is money, and our shipping speeds reflect that.
Because custom DTF gang sheets are manufactured specifically to your design and dimensions, we cannot offer returns or refunds for customer errors (such as typos, low-resolution uploads, or improper heat pressing). However, we are loyal to our customers and stand behind our print quality!

OnlyTransfers provides our website and printing services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products, application errors during the heat press process, or loss of profits from your own business operations.
